Irene Peña Jiménez has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Sales Consultant at Inditex, where they were responsible for customer service, cash handling, and organizing and arranging the stockroom. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Intern in the Commercial Department (CSO) at CHEP, where they managed customer portfolios, established comprehensive customer databases, and handled customer complaints. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the Chief Operations Officer at Bnext, where they have been responsible for coordinating transversal projects, establishing a governance and operative model, and optimizing resources and tools.

Irene Peña Jiménez has completed a Bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration and Direction from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 2010 and 2016. Irene then received an Erasmus scholarship from the Universität Freiburg in 2015 and 2016, studying Business Administration. Most recently, they have completed a Programa ThepowerMBA from ThePower Business School, in the field of Business Expert - Administración y Dirección de Empresas, from 2020 to 2021.
