Paul Beelen has had an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Paul started their career as an Art Director at Lowe Porta in Santiago, Chile, and later transitioned to BBDO as an Art Director. Paul then moved on to Leo Burnett as a Creative, followed by positions at El Cielo Agulla & Bacceti and JWT Digital as a Creative Director. Paul also worked as a Consultant at Advertising 2.0, where they focused on advertising and writing white papers on the subject. Paul further expanded their expertise in digital marketing as the Head of Digital Marketing at Entel PCS and later as the Head of Interactive Media at Canal 13 SPA. In 2013, Paul co-founded MaquinaDeClientes.com, a marketing consultancy firm. Currently, Paul is employed at BNamericas, where they have held several roles, including Marketing Director, Marketing and Product Development Director, and currently serves as the Chief Product Officer. Their extensive experience in various roles and industries highlights their versatility and expertise in marketing and product development.

Paul Beelen has a diverse education history. Paul completed their HAVO degree at St. Ursula from 1988 to 1992. After that, they pursued a diploma degree in Advertising at SintLucas from 1992 to 1996.

In recent years, Paul pursued further education in the field of Data Science. Paul earned a diploma degree in Data Science from Universidad del Desarrollo in 2017-2018. Following that, they completed a Masters degree in Data Science at the same university from 2018 to 2019. Paul also obtained a diploma degree in Big Data from Universidad del Desarrollo in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Paul obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in June 2019.
