David Jones currently serves as the Head of Customer, Strategy, Change & Innovation at BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd since March 2020, after previously holding the position of Head of Marketing within the same organization. Prior to this, David Jones spent six years at Alphabet GB as Communications Manager, where achievements included securing the #1 PR Share of Voice for four consecutive years and initiating strategic internal communication programs. David Jones also held roles at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars as Global Dealer Training Manager and Global CRM & Direct Marketing Manager, along with earlier positions at Alphera Financial Services, BMW Group UK Limited, and several marketing agencies. Educated at the University of Nottingham, David Jones holds a BA Hons in American Studies and has completed various qualifications in direct and digital marketing, as well as membership with the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
