Andrew Carter-Hall has extensive experience in finance and risk management, currently serving as Strategic Risk Manager at BMW Financial Services (GB) Ltd since 1996. In this role, responsibilities include interest rate risk management, risk strategy, risk appetite assessment, management of risk committees, and economic capital calculations. Additionally, Andrew has a background in finance and risk management encompassing controlling, audit, projects, securitisation, and strategy, with a focus on supporting Latin America while based in New York from 2004 to 2009, including the launch of Financial Services Argentina. Since June 2021, Andrew has held the position of Chairman of the Board of Trustees at BMW Pension Trustee Limited, overseeing the BMW (GB) Ltd employee benefits plan.
