Michael Mayfield has a diverse background in technical and operational roles spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Technician at BMW of Bridgeport since October 2011, Michael previously held the position of Assistant Plant Operations Director at Benchmark Senior Living Middlebrook Farms Campus from August 2009 to October 2011. Prior experience includes Technician roles at Nutmeg International Trucks and Saab of Westport, as well as positions in fabrication and manufacturing at CPC Engineering Company and Gentex, where responsibilities included setup supervision for injection molding machines. Education was obtained at Tantasqua Regional Vocational High School, graduating in 1978.
