Melissa Borghys is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at BMW Group Belux since July 2019, Melissa excels in managing HR policies, optimizing HR processes, implementing legal changes, benchmarking, and reporting. Prior to this role, Melissa held multiple HR positions at Alphabet Belgium Long Term Rental nv, where responsibilities included monthly payroll for staff and expats and payroll administration duties.
