Mark Milsted is an accomplished sales and business development professional with extensive experience across various roles in the recruitment and training industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of UK Sales at Thomas International since July 2021, Mark focuses on enhancing organizational potential through a Talent Assessment Platform that evaluates key traits. In addition, Mark is a Board Advisor for BMS Progress and previously held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Learning Pool, where Mark contributed to the development of comprehensive learning ecosystems. Mark's prior leadership experience at BMS Performance included titles such as Sales Director, Regional Sales and Operations Director, and Division Sales Manager, underscoring a solid track record in P&L management and team development. Mark holds a BA Hons degree in History from the University of Wales.
