Jennifer Alley currently serves as a Development Coach at BMS Progress, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Sales Advisor at The White Company for a brief period in late 2023 after taking time off to engage in a beloved role. Jennifer's extensive background includes significant leadership positions at Wren Kitchens as Head of People for the USA and as a Retail Training Manager. Additional experience includes management roles at Joules and Marks and Spencer, where Jennifer honed skills in commercial management and retail training. Jennifer began a professional journey with experience at Kidscan - Children's Cancer Research and Sainsbury's while completing education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Manchester and AS/A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Psychology from Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College.
