David Bill is the Founder of BMS Progress, established in August 2010, with a mission to enhance performance and advance careers by providing world-class training and apprenticeships to esteemed organizations across the UK. Prior to this, David served as a Partner at BMS Performance from May 1996 to January 2010, where expertise focused on delivering commercially funded sales and leadership development programs, alongside ESFA funded apprenticeship programs, including the Level 3 Team Leading Standard, Level 4 Sales Executive Standard, and Level 5 Departmental Manager Standard. David's educational background includes attendance at Endon School.
