Sean Palter is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in strategic communications and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Communications at BMO Financial Group, Sean has progressively advanced through roles including Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Communications since July 2017. Prior to BMO, Sean held key positions at Air Canada, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies for senior executives and enhancing employee engagement. Earlier experiences include advisory roles at The Atlantic Council of Canada and communications management positions within educational and municipal organizations. Sean holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from the University of London and a Bachelor of Arts in History from York University.
