Lawrence Zelvin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in cybersecurity, crisis management, and security operations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at BMO Financial Group since January 2019, Lawrence leads global teams focused on cyber, fraud, physical security, crisis management, and security technology. Prior to this role, Lawrence held significant positions at Citi, including Managing Director and Global Head of Cyber Security, where leadership was provided to worldwide teams combating cyber threats. Additionally, Lawrence served as Director of the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and held key roles at the National Security Council at The White House, focusing on disaster response. With a military background as a Captain in the U.S. Navy, complemented by advanced degrees in political science and international relations, Lawrence brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the field of national security and cybersecurity.
