Chad Crowner, CAMS, currently serves as Team Lead for the US AML Risk Intelligence Unit at BMO, a position held since August 2023 following BMO's acquisition of Bank of the West. In this role, Chad oversees critical investigations related to financial crime, including elder financial exploitation and human trafficking. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Bank of the West from February 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included monitoring alert production as a Senior Investigator and handling various investigative tasks as a BSA/AML Investigator II. Chad's career began at PayPal from December 2009 to January 2018 as a Risk Specialist, focusing on fraud investigations and compliance duties.
