Caroline Dufaux serves as the Chief Financial Officer of BMO Capital Markets since May 2023, having previously held the position of VP, Head of Capital and Funding at Bank of Montreal from September 2017 to May 2023. Prior to this, Caroline Dufaux worked at Barclays in various capacities, including Director of Treasury and Vice President of Capital and Leverage Management, where responsibilities included implementing Dodd-Frank requirements and managing regulatory capital across jurisdictions. Earlier experience includes a role in Funding & Liquidity Risk Management at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, focusing on major regulatory projects and compliance with Basel standards. Caroline Dufaux began a career in finance with an internship at the International Finance Corporation and held an associate position at the Ecologic Institute in Berlin. Education includes an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a BA in Politics from Princeton University.
