Adela Nae is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in technology delivery and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Director at BMO Financial Group, Adela is accountable for end-to-end technology delivery and API development for North America Retail Payments and Emerging Businesses. Prior to this, Adela held the position of Portfolio Director at TD, overseeing the technology delivery of the US Cards platform and Canadian Business Banking initiatives. Adela's career also includes significant roles at ExxonMobil, where responsibilities ranged from managing multi-million dollar projects in card payments to leading global development teams in eCommerce and CRM platforms. Additionally, Adela holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and completed an Executive Development Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
