Kerstin Iris Schulz is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at BMI Group since April 2018, Kerstin has held various key HR positions, including Human Resources Manager at ISRA VISION and HR Director Central Europe at Dematic. Prior roles include HR Manager Europe at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and Head of HR EMEA at AVEVA, among others. Kerstin possesses strong qualifications, including an ACSTH certification as a European Business Coach from SYNK Business School and a Bachelor Professional of Human Resources Management from the German Educational Institute of Economy. Additionally, Kerstin completed the Instructor proficiency examination through the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
