Sofía M. is an experienced project manager and consultant with a strong background in process improvement and project execution across various industries. Currently serving as the Regional Project Manager for BMI Companies since May 2022 and as a Co-Founder and Senior Consultant at ExcelliuQ since November 2020, Sofía M. has previously held multiple leadership roles at Asociación Popular de Ahorros y Préstamos and YOBEL SCM. With a career foundation that includes significant experience at Gildan, where project management and continuous improvement were central responsibilities, Sofía M. has developed expertise in Lean-Six Sigma methodologies and the optimization of operational processes. Currently pursuing a Master's in Project Management from Aden Business School, Sofía M. also holds degrees from prestigious institutions such as The George Washington University and EOI Business School, along with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
