Juan Barboza Matos currently serves as the National Sales Director at Fides Financial and holds the position of Country Marketing Manager at FIDES Financial Commercial, Inc. since November 2021. With extensive experience in headhunting, recruitment, and selection across various sectors, Juan also functions as the Country Manager at Elitenetwork and as an International Associate at BMI Companies. Additionally, Juan has been the General Manager of TORNUS Worldwide Travel, LLC, and a partner at TORNUS Viajes y Turismo, C.A., overseeing a range of travel and tourism services. Prior roles include international marketing advisor at CICA LIFE Insurance Company of America and National Sales Manager at Carrascosa Tecnología Marcaria.
