Sebastian Hentzschel serves as the Chief Operating Officer at BMG - The New Music Company, where a progressive career since 2009 has included roles as CTO, Senior Vice President of Group Technology, Vice President of Group Technology, Senior Director of IT Infrastructure & Integration, and Business Development Manager. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Bertelsmann AG from 2004 to 2009 and a brief tenure as an Information Technology Consultant at Arvato SCM Solutions in 2003, as well as work as a Software Engineer at LINDE KCA from 2001 to 2002. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from London Business School, a Master's degree from Technische Universität Dresden, and ongoing executive education programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and Harvard Business School. Additional training has been completed at INSEAD and Esade.
