Lucinda Tse Hall has a strong background in legal and business affairs in the music industry. Lucinda currently serves as the Director of Legal & Business Affairs at BMG - The New Music Company. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Manager in the same field at Universal Music Group for seven years. Lucinda also has experience in legal and business affairs with 7digital Group Plc. Lucinda had placements in the legal departments of Beggars Group and Sony Music Publishing, where they worked on drafting agreements and assisting with songwriting and assignment agreements. In addition, they worked as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where they specialized in investment funds and private equity. Lucinda completed a comprehensive training program and gained experience in various legal areas during their time at O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
Lucinda Tse Hall attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree in Law. Lucinda then attended The University of Law from 2007 to 2008 and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC). In 2010, Lucinda obtained certification as a Solicitor in England & Wales from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
