Jodie Feld has a diverse work experience in the music industry. They started their career as a Studio Assistant at Main Street Studios in 2011. In 2015, they interned at Shake Appeal. In 2016, they worked as a Licensing Assistant at Alberts and also started their role as a Creative Marketing Coordinator at BMG - The New Music Company. Jodie then advanced to become an A&R Coordinator at BMG in 2017, followed by an A&R Manager in 2019. From 2021 to 2023, they held the position of Director - Recorded A&R and Artist Experience at BMG, and currently, they are a Senior Creative Director at the same company.

Jodie Feld earned a Bachelor's Degree in Entertainment Management from the Australian Institute of Music in 2015. In 2021, they also completed a Professional Certificate in Music Studies with a focus on Audio at Berklee College of Music.
