Jo Royle is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager, People Excellence UK, EU (excluding DE) & APAC at BMG - The New Music Company since September 2022, Jo has held multiple HR roles at the company, including HR Business Partner. Prior to BMG, Jo was an HR Manager at FleishmanHillard, focusing on employee relations and learning & development, and worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at C Space within the Omnicom Group. Jo's career includes significant positions at Hall & Partners, BBC, and Kantar Media, with a strong foundation in HR coordination and administration. Jo holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations and Managing Human Resources from the University of Warwick and a BA (Hons) in Sociology from the same institution.
