Arnaldo D'Urso has extensive work experience in finance and analysis roles. From 2013 onwards, they have been working as the Senior Director of Finance at BMG - The New Music Company. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Manager at Hearst Magazines from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for managing corporate overhead department budgets and forecasts. Before that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Conde Nast from 2007 to 2009, where they conducted reporting and analysis for operational decision making. From 2002 to 2007, Arnaldo worked at Sony Music Entertainment, first as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they prepared financial reports and assisted in the consolidation of forecasts, and then as a Manager of Third Party Royalties, where they processed payments and provided reports on third party income. Prior to that, they worked as a Royalties Auditor at Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman, where they reviewed artist and producer agreements and performed royalty examinations. Arnaldo D'Urso began their career as a Contracts Analyst at MultiPlan from 1997 to 2001.
Arnaldo D'Urso holds an MBA in Marketing from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business. Arnaldo also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Università degli Studi di Salerno.
