Katie Rappaport is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in integrated client services, production, and public relations within the luxury and lifestyle sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at We Are BMF since December 2022, Katie is instrumental in leading global teams and shaping agency culture. Previously, as Managing Director for Mission's New York office from 2014 to 2022, Katie managed diverse functions including P&L and senior client relations, and played a vital role in the agency's IPO and change management initiatives. Katie's career also includes key positions at Modus Publicity and Mission Media, where strategic leadership enhanced client portfolios and team performance. Katie began the professional journey at LVMH Watches and Jewellery as a Marketing and PR Assistant after earning a degree in History and French from the University of Birmingham.
