Lara Booth is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Advocacy & Engagement at BMC Software since June 2023. Previously, Lara held various roles at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories from January 2000 to June 2023, including Director of Global Customer Marketing and Director of Customer Marketing for the EMEA region, with responsibilities encompassing the Customer Advocacy Programme, customer success stories, and lead generation campaigns. Earlier career experience includes the position of Events Marketing Manager at Energis from 1994 to 1998. Lara holds a BA Hons in International Marketing & French from the University of Greenwich, along with multiple qualifications from Stover School.
