Dave Barney is an experienced sales and executive leader with a career spanning over two decades in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President at BMC Software since December 2008, Dave has held several key positions including Area Vice President, Area Director, Regional Sales Manager, and Client Executive. Prior to BMC Software, Dave was Sales Director for the North Central Region at Stratavia and also held account executive roles at Sun Microsystems and SeeBeyond. Beginning their career as a Product Manager at Platinum Technology, Dave possesses a strong background in both sales and product management. Dave earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami between 1990 and 1994.
