Ahmed Salama is a seasoned professional in the field of IT and digital transformation, currently serving as a Principal Solution Engineer at BMC Software since July 2018. With a strong foundation in IT Service Management, Ahmed has previously held roles as Solutions Principal at EMC, where responsibilities included driving professional services and providing technical leadership, and as Lead Consultant at Devoteam, overseeing presales and consultancy activities for Business Service Management solutions. Early career experiences include positions at SABIC as an ITSM Consultant and BMC Consultant & Presales at MIS, contributing to Remedy ITSM implementations and enhancements. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
