Jeroen van Velzen is an experienced advisor and project manager specializing in physical domain issues related to public organizations, with a focus on the Environmental Planning Act, energy transition, and area development. Currently serving as an advisor at BMC since February 2022, Jeroen has actively participated in various projects both as an interim and advisory consultant. Jeroen's recent role as a junior project manager for area development at NDSM-werf in Amsterdam involves coordinating with project developers and architects. Previous experience includes advising the Municipality of Lansingerland on preparing for the Environmental Planning Act and conducting research internships with organizations like Hiemstra & De Vries and Provincie Utrecht. Jeroen holds a Master of Science in Public Management and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Organization Science, both from Utrecht University.
