Ellen Broersma has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Youth and Education at BMC since February 2020, focusing on educational quality, culture, and support within VSO schools. Prior roles include Advisor for Education and Youth, where responsibilities included guiding the Proeftuinen برنامه (OZA) with various ministries, and holding the interim director position for primary education at Hub locatie Stedelijk VSO from September 2002 to February 2020. Additional past roles include serving as Adjunct Director, Acting Director VSO, and teaching household management/care.
