Safrin Samoon ACA, UAECA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial operations. Currently serving as Assistant Manager Finance at BMA International FZE since August 2021, responsibilities include managing the finance department and preparing the annual financial budget for the UAE region. Previously, Safrin worked as a Chartered Accountant at Al Khoory Group from May 2018 to August 2021 and as a Senior Auditor at HLB HAMT from October 2013 to May 2018, where leadership in audit engagements and preparation of financial reports were key responsibilities. Prior experience as a Senior Accountant at EY from November 2010 to April 2013 involved participation in audit planning, statutory audits, and financial statement preparation in accordance with professional standards. Safrin holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.
