Ilona Sukelovic, currently working at B&M Care as an Operations Manager since July 2014, has a background as a registered manager and deputy manager. Prior to this, Ilona was a registered manager at another company from December 2012 to July 2014. Ilona attended the University of Bradford from July 2022 to December 2022 for a degree in Dementia Care Mapping. Ilona also has qualifications in IOSH Occupational Safety and Health, Level 5 in Adult Residential Management, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Organ and Orchestra Leading from Vilnius Conservatoire.
