Jay E. Selman, MS, MD, is a highly experienced Pediatric Neurologist currently serving as a Professor of Neurology and Pediatric at Columbia Doctors since January 2018 and as a Professor of Clinical Pediatric Neurology at Columbia University Medical Center. Specializing in Behavioral Neurology, autism, developmental delay, migraine, Tourette syndrome, and epilepsy, Dr. Selman is also the Chief of Neurology at Blythedale Children's Hospital since 2007, where responsibilities include neurology consultations and interdisciplinary care planning. Additionally, Dr. Selman has held leadership positions, including President of the Board of Directors at American Friends of Soroka Medical Center Inc. and previously contributed to pediatric neurology and sleep medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center. Educational credentials include an MD from UT Southwestern Medical Center, earned between 1969 and 1973.
