George R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. George began their career at Dean Foods as an Assistant Foreman, where they were responsible for the smooth operation of a dairy processing facility. George then worked at Polycom Teleproductions as a Production Assistant, followed by a role at DATASIS CORP as a Field Operations Specialist.

George then joined GE Capital, where they held various positions including Rental Sales Agent, Executive Account Manager, Regional Operations Manager, Six Sigma Quality Project Manager, and Lease Portfolio Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for sales, operations management, quality control, and customer service.

After their tenure at GE Capital, George worked at Barrett's Technology Solutions as an Accounts Payable Manager and later as a Custom Installation Manager. George was responsible for managing the accounts payable process and overseeing custom home theater system installations.

George then joined Integrity Restoration, Inc as a General Manager/Project Manager, where they were involved in managing daily operations for fire and flood emergency restoration. George oversaw office staff, ensured accounting principles were followed, and maintained exceptional customer service.

Following this, George served as an Operations Manager at GCPRO Restoration, where they spearheaded operations related to emergency restoration. George orchestrated logistics, provided supervisory support, and coordinated budgets.

Most recently, George worked at BluSky Restoration Contractors, first as a Sales Estimator and then as a Project Director. In these roles, they were responsible for selling and managing losses to completion, producing accurate estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

George R. has a certification in Quality Control Technology/Technician from Crotonville Alumni. George also obtained a degree as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt from GE Capital between 1993 and 1998.
