Salah Asem is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Finance Specialist at Blumont, Inc. since July 2018, Salah also works as a Cost Controller at Lafarge, where responsibilities include managing budget preparation and forecasting, as well as supporting requesters regarding account numbers and cost centers. Previously, Salah held roles as a Plant A/P Accountant, overseeing supplier contracts and invoice processing, and as a GL Supervisor at Carrefour in Syria. Additionally, Salah worked as a Senior Accountant at Eid for Marble and Granite, focusing on daily accountancy, sales reporting, and customer payments. Salah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a major in Accounting from Aleppo University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
