Amanda Berlin has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and technology. Amanda has worked at various companies and held different roles over the years.

Starting in 2005, Amanda worked as a Computer Support Technician at Advanced Computer Connections, where they provided troubleshooting support and repaired and upgraded computers and servers.

In 2007, they worked as a Network Technician at Cros.net, where their responsibilities included updating and maintaining ISP-level servers and aiding in the technical knowledge and growth of other employees.

From 2008 to 2014, Amanda worked at Firelands Regional Medical Center, initially as a Help Desk Analyst and later as a Network Analyst II.
