Erica Gray is a Senior Environmental Scientist and Market Leader for Commercial & Industrial at BluMetric Environmental Inc., where contributions began in June 2023. With over 15 years of experience at XCG Consulting Limited, roles included Project Manager and Project Specialist, starting in January 2007 as a Student Intern. Prior experience includes serving as an Infrastructure Management Assistant with the Region of Waterloo, focusing on data analysis and quality control of transportation assets. Erica holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Geography & Earth Science from the University of Waterloo, attained in 2008.
