Iryna Mykolayenko began their work experience as a Marketing And Public Relations Specialist at Carlsberg Group in 2008. Iryna coordinated various marketing projects and managed PR activities for TM Lvivske and Lvivska Brewery. Iryna also played a key role in brand sponsorship projects and exhibition participation. In 2010, they joined PJSC Concern Hlibprom as a Senior Specialist in the Marketing Department, where they were responsible for marketing management of the Bandinelli TM, including product line creation, packaging redesign, and margin control. In 2013, they became the Country Marketing Manager at DOBRA VODA, PJSC, Karlovarské minerálnà vody, before moving on to their most recent role as the Chief Marketing Officer for Blum Ukraine in 2014.
Iryna Mykolayenko completed a Master's degree in Journalism from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between the years 2000 and 2005. Iryna then pursued postgraduate studies at the same university from 2006 to 2009. The field of study for their postgraduate studies is not specified.
