Barry Clymer brings a wealth of experience in training and operational management, currently serving as the Senior TMS Trainer at BluJay Solutions since September 2013. In this role, Barry leads the preparation, conduct, and evaluation of technical training programs, developing curricula and materials to enhance learning. Prior to BluJay Solutions, Barry held various roles, including Operations/Implementation Manager at LeanLogistics and ERP Trainer at Herman Miller. Barry's extensive background also includes positions as an ERP Instructor at Baan and Distribution Manager at ODL, along with a significant tenure at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, where duties encompassed Traffic Supervisor and Import/Export Manager. Barry holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Rensselaer at Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
