Jackson Ramsland is a dedicated professional with a strong background in public health and food sustainability. Currently serving as a Produce Specialist at Bluff Country Co-op since July 2017, Jackson specializes in maintaining and stocking the produce department, with a focus on organic standards. As the SEED Garden Coordinator at Winona State University, a role undertaken since September 2016, Jackson co-founded the garden to address food insecurity on campus and oversees its development. Additionally, Jackson has served as an Executive Board Member of the university’s Student Senate since September 2015, facilitating improvements in student life through collaboration with university administration. Previous experience includes a Beginning Herbalist internship at Eclectic Institute and roles in hospitality and horticulture. Jackson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Winona State University, earned in 2019.
