Nils Helander is the Senior Director of Site Acquisition for BlueWave Solar. Prior to joining BlueWave, Nils served as the Director of Site Acquisition from August 2020 to October 2021. Before that, they were the Business Development Manager from June 2018 to August 2020.

Nils has also held positions as the Co-founder and CRO of 180 South Solar, the VP of Sales for GME, and the District Manager for ADP. Nils has also served as the Regional Sales Manager and Sr. Field Energy Consultant for SolarCity.

In addition to their work in the solar industry, Nils is also a former owner/manager of The UPS Store 1705 and 4972. Nils also has experience in marketing, having served as a Marketing Specialist for The UPS Store and as a Product and Retail Marketing Intern for NFL and NHL Reebok.

Nils Helander graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Their field of study was Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
