James Haley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at BlueWave, James has previously held the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer and worked as a CFO Consultant. At Desktop Metal, James contributed as CFO and Treasurer, specializing in additive manufacturing, SPAC merger IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Controller at Minerva Neurosciences, with a focus on the biotech sector and SEC filing readiness, and as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at NEC Corporation/A123 Systems-Energy Solutions, where James managed financial operations within the technology manufacturing industry, including M&A and divestiture processes.
