Ross Bernstein currently serves as a Senior IT Recruiter at BlueWave Resource Partners, a boutique staffing firm focusing on technology, engineering, digital marketing, and federal services recruiting since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Laundr, where Ross successfully acquired new users and forged partnerships with student housing to enhance market reach. Before that, Ross held the position of Barista at Foxtail Coffee Co, serving over 200 customers daily and training new employees. A Sales Intern at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, Ross contributed to a significant increase in sales and improved operational processes. Ross earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2021.
