O'Neill Robert has extensive experience in thermal processing, currently serving as Thermal Processing Manager at Bluewater Thermal Solutions since 2013. Prior to this role, O'Neill worked as a Thermal Processing Engineer at Autoform Tool & Mfg., Inc. from 2005 to 2013. O'Neill's career began at Specialty Steel Treating, where responsibilities included Production Control Manager from 1980 to 1993, followed by a position as Staff Braze Engineer at Handy & Harman Automotive from 1993 to 2005.
