Vaughn Silar is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in project management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at BlueWater Engineering since January 2022, Silar previously held roles such as Consultant for Groff North America, where specialized project support was provided for developing a pharmaceutical facility, and Founding Principal at Crossway Project Management, a firm focused on construction process management. Silar's extensive career also includes a Senior Consultant position at Providence Engineering Corporation and founding Paragon Engineering Services, alongside mentoring roles in the ACE Mentor Program and experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at Penn State University.
