Agnia Galesnik is a seasoned professional in risk analytics with extensive experience in the financial and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Senior Risk Analytics Manager at Bluevine since July 2022, Agnia focuses on building a dynamic team and managing the transactional risk strategy for a digital bank catering to small and medium-sized businesses. Prior experience includes leading the data analytics team at Riskified, where Agnia successfully managed an anti-fraud strategy for multiple large e-commerce clients, achieving key performance indicators related to chargeback reduction. Agnia also held roles at Juno Inc., driving the integration of machine learning solutions and managing a team of fraud analysts, as well as contributions as a teaching assistant and research assistant during academic tenure at prominent institutions. Agnia holds a Master's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
