Darren L. has over five years of professional experience. Darren began their career in 2015 as a Manager at Escape Plan Louisville, where they managed an interdepartmental team of 5 employees, assigned tasks to ensure jobs were done correctly and in a timely manner, handled customer interactions in-store and online, and was responsible for handling bank deposits. In 2017, Darren L. attended The Software Guild, an intensive, fast-paced apprenticeship program that produces .NET/C# full-stack software developers. That same year, they began working at Mesh Integration, LLC as a Lead Integration Engineer. Theirmain duties included connecting SAAS and Business App API's with a proprietary software platform, creating swim-lane diagrams for custom client process workflows, capturing and qualifying sales leads, and more. In 2021, Darren L. moved to Soluta, Inc. as a Software Engineer. Finally, in 2022, they joined BlueSwitch as a Full Stack Developer.
