Trevor Hendrickson is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in behavioral health and care management. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Care Manager at Bluestone Physician Services since June 2022, Trevor has previously held roles such as Memory Care Coordinator at Tealwood Senior Living from November 2020 to June 2022, and Director of Care Transitions at Crossroads Care Center of Woodstock from August 2019 to June 2020. Additionally, Trevor gained early experience as an Administrative Intern at Grand View Care Center from June 2018 to May 2019.
