Gina Myers is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in care coordination and nursing. Currently serving as Care Coordination Manager and previously as Lead Care Coordinator at Bluestone Physician Services since July 2015, Gina has been responsible for face-to-face annual assessments, care planning, obtaining equipment and services, and coordinating medical, social, and mental health services. Prior experience includes working as a Care Coordinator at the same organization from February 2013 to September 2024, and as an RN at Whispering Pines Assisted Living from February 2007 to February 2013, where Gina managed medication administration, client admissions, discharges, and coordinated care.
