Previously, Roger held prominent positions at EMCOR Group, Inc., including President of EMCOR Communication Technology and Vice President of Technology for EMCOR Construction Services. Additional leadership experience includes acting CEO at Baker Electric, Inc. and Vice President at Amteck, LLC, where a customer-centric approach to electrical contracting was emphasized.
