Sara Rainey currently serves as the National Director of Lifestyle at BlueStar Resort & Golf, a position held since January 2017, where the focus is on supporting Lifestyle Directors across the United States to enhance member experiences in active adult communities. Previously, Sara held the role of Lifestyle Director at Encanterra Country Club from December 2010 to January 2017. Earlier in the career, Sara was the Director of Operations at The Scarritt Group, managing operational aspects and logistics for events with budgets up to $850,000. Sara's extensive experience in the hospitality sector includes several key roles at The Phoenician Resort, such as Assistant Food & Beverage Director and Director of Banquet Operations, where responsibilities included managing large teams and coordinating high-profile events. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Clothing and Textiles with a focus on Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
