Baron Lam is an experienced professional in e-commerce solutions, currently serving as Managing Director and Principal Solution Architect at BlueSky Commerce since March 2016. Baron has a history of leading teams in the architecture and implementation of e-commerce systems, mentoring team members, and instilling best practices. Prior roles include Senior Solutions Architect at Perficient, where responsibilities included providing technical leadership for major retailers' WebSphere Commerce projects, and Solutions Architect at Trifecta Technologies, where Baron designed projects within diverse environments. Earlier experience at IBM involved user interface design, leading to a US Patent application for a Gantt chart display design. Baron earned a Bachelor of Engineering and Management in Software Engineering from McMaster University.
